Volunteering with Coda is a meaningful way to give back to the community and make a real difference in the lives of students and families. Volunteers support our programs in many ways, from mentoring and tutoring students to helping with meals, events, creative arts, technology, gardening, and administrative tasks. Whether you enjoy working directly with kids, lending practical behind-the-scenes help, or sharing a specific skill, there’s a place for you at Coda. Every role, big or small, helps create a safe, welcoming environment where young people can learn, grow, and thrive.

Employment

Though working at Coda can, at times, be somewhat demanding, it can also be an incredibly fulfilling and rewarding place to work. You are surrounded by bright, amazing children and dedicated, caring staff and the work you do goes directly into transforming lives for the better. If you feel like you would be a good fit, please don’t hesitate to fill out an employee application, even if there are no current openings.
